We provide integrated service of formation and registration of limited liability companies (LLC) in Ukraine, which includes:

• preparation of all the documentation necessary for the formation and state registration of LLC in Ukraine in two languages - Ukrainian and English;

• corporate agreement between the company's members (if necessary);

• translation and notarization of necessary documentation in Ukraine;

• representation in state registration office.

The cost of integrated service is 13500 hryvnas. It includes neither legal address nor accounting/legal services after registration.

For formation and registration of LLC in Ukraine personal presence of the founder(s) in Ukraine is desirable, but not necessary.
